When will I get my items?

Please know we have a 7 to 10 business day production time for most of our products. (it is 3 to 4 weeks during certain times of the year.)
( I understand this is long to most ) But please understand we receive orders for over 250 pieces a day to be personalized , we run 8 embroidery machines 8 to 10 hours a day, in order to keep our prices low and affordable to everyone, this ship time is necessary. If you need your items sooner please message us before ordering to see if we can accommodate.

I have a problem with my order. How can we fix it?

Please check your order as soon as you get it. You have 7 days from the receipt of your order to let me know if something is incorrect or missing.
We are happy to help in any way we can. Simply send us a message with the following information....

* Order Number
* Event Date
* Image of problem
* 1-2 Sentences describing what the problem is.

Once we receive your message, we will check to see if the wrong items were shipped to you by accident or if anything was misprinted due to an error on our end. If the mistake was our fault we will provide a solution at no expense to you.

If the mistake was made on the customer’s end, we can still provide them with replacements. However; the customer must pay all extra charges including shipping.

What if I made a mistake in my personalization details?

Please double and triple check your personalization information before you place the order. Once the order is in production we can not change anything.

What if I am unsure of my colors, font, etc?

Please ask any questions regarding colors, fonts, etc. before you purchase. We will gladly send you pictures of the actual products being used, entire fonts, and of course you can always purchase proofs.

Do you provide proofs?

To keep cost down and production times fast we do not provide proofs with every order.
However you can purchase proofs. They are 3.00 each. It will also add 7 days to your production time.

Can I return or exchange my items after I receive it ?

We apologize , we do not accept returns or exchanges on any item in our shop. Due to the custom, personalized, or handmade nature nature of our items we cannot take them back, (they are made just for you) so please make sure you love your item and check your personalization request prior to checkout

I can’t even begin to express how PLEASED I am with this business and their customer service! I ordered these FIVE days ago and in the additional info it asked when did I need these by, I’m not in a rush to gift these just yet so I put a date that was over a month away. To my surprise, I received these in the mail FIVE days later. I’m so amazed and appreciative. I LOVE these makeup bags and the monogram is just how I wanted it. THANK YOU so much for going above and beyond!!! It is noticed and appreciated!!!!



These bags are great! The embroidery was done perfectly. I love that the first zipper section is smaller. It’s great for brushes. And the second zipper section has a lot more room for all those bottles that need the extra space. They arrived waaaaay earlier that I expected. I thought it would take a month because the turn around time said 2 weeks. But I got them a week after I ordered them. I think a darker color for the name would do it some justice, visually. But as you can probably tell by my bed set, mint and gray are my favorite colors. And that’s all on me. Overall, I love these! I bought four as bridesmaids gifts. I think they’re gonna love it!
